The apartment is located on the top floor and it is easily accessible thanks to the shared elevator. At the entrance there is a spacious living room with kitchen of 30 square meters, which leads to the veranda, that overlooks the Buggerru sea; from here you can enjoy a breathtaking view, thanks to the strategic location of the building.

In the sleeping area there are three bedrooms, one double (queen-size bed) and two twin rooms, plus a bathroom.

On the back there are: a small porch / utility room, that can be reached from the bedroom, and another veranda, with access from the bathroom, where the laundry area is located.
